A fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to show case their team leading skills in our modern European eatery in the heart of Bridge Road, Richmond. We are seeking someone who was born for the hospitality industry with an authentic and personable service style to supervise our F.O.H team.

You will be responsible for:

Management of an 120 seat bar & restaurant (shared & individual dining, relax style of service)

Develop staff and build local client following

Setting and maintaining a casual but high level of service

Liaise with our Guests and management, guest feedback and service issues. Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment

Maintain accuracy of all cash and credit transactions

Lead by example with a hands on approach

Provide consistent training modules

Build a positive and productive team culture

Demonstrate high standards at all times to guests and fellow colleagues.

You will be supervising the venues front of house and team. We are looking for natural born leaders who will thrive in a busy and vibrant Richmond hub. The right candidate will possess experience in the smooth running of a similar venue. The Venue is multifaceted with a high energy and edgy but relaxed environment.

The right candidate will:

Require minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - busy and fast paced bar & restaurant

Previous Management/supervision of a team of 10+ staff

Leadership skills that are second to none

Sound financial capabilities within all areas of the food and beverage profitability.

Advance knowledge of produce, technique and all things beverage.

Current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol is essential

Strong focus on guest satisfaction

Immaculate presentation and grooming

Attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are a hands-on supervisor and lead by example.

Flexibility with various shifts is required.

Most importantly, a humble individual who thrives on exceeding the guest's expectations through their genuine demeanour.

Your shifts include:

Tuesday through to Sunday shifts - we are open 6 days a week

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

The busiest days are Saturday & Sunday and therefore please expect to be rostered on the weekends primarily

RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

WORKING RIGHTS - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
